1948 Accepted by the US Navy on October 19th

1948-1956 In service with US Navy

1956 Delivered to Honduran Air Force as FAH-604 in March

1969 Fought against the forces of El Salvador from July 14th to 17th; One of six airworthy Corsairs operating from Toncontin Air Base

1979 Brought back disassembled from Honduras after having been surplused by the FAH to Compania Interamericana de Honduras Cent. Am. for sale and export into the US; Registered as N4903M (Howard Pardue, Breckenridge TX)

1980 Resold and resotred (Barry A. Landy, Caldwell NJ.

1983 Purchased by Barry Lansing, Mike Collier, Jack Goulding & Foy Midkiff)

1984 Crashed in Houston, TX; Acquired by Terry Randall & Bill Harrison, Tulsa OK.

1986 Bought by Peter W. Thelen, Fort Lauderdale FL.

1988 Purchased by Robert Collings, Collings Foundation, Stowe MA; Acquired by John Silberman, Tampa FL.

2002 Bought by Jean Pierre Parizon and exported to France
